Welcome, come on in...
Through the night
Right before the coming of Jesus, the Beloved Bridegroom, the night is the darkest. The chaos, violence, perversion and unbelief SEEM to have the upper hand. But the Bride goes out to seek Her Beloved, she desires to be harmonized with Him in the midst of the struggle.
She carries His image and that keeps her going. This is what my little childish drawing refers to.
Here are a few aspects of what's going on in the environment and what's going on inside her heart.

There is a very strong chance to sink into fear about the present and calamities and approaching accountability on the Judgement day.

There is always an option to complain about your situation
Jesus, You are my life resource
Every situation is an opportunity to see myself in Your death and to gain You, and experience your resurrection: life in You
To speak faith,
to strengthen yourself and your inner man

You might choose to pass the night hours by watching the news closely, following the events, constantly analyzing, seeking to understand the seasons and the reasons.
To spread the Good News, as He leads
Occupy until I come
give talents to money changers: sow into the kingdom, gain souls, That my Master would receive His with interest - His purposes, His agenda.
To be a faithful steward
Daily pursue fellowship with Jesus in word and prayer

The black hole to sink into self-pity is wide open, especially during this time.
You can feel deeply sorry for your life and turn around thoughts, like:
"Nobody loves me, they all are just pretending!"
In Jesus, I'm found, not lost
Fellowship with Jesus and experiencing Him
I'm shining light and hope, fullness is now, in my spirit

Another alternative is to try to figure out what's exactly going on, forever seeking for directions. What should I do? But what about this? Or that?
Jesus, You are the way

You may say: "My situation is beyond repair! I'm lost," and just exist, without any purpose, indulging in whatever pleasures you can afford.

You are watching over me - you will not lose me, because I am yours
You are my Shepherd and I follow You
You might find relief in blaming others, in order to feel somewhat better about yourself.
I forgive
I look on my heart and choose not to judge
Jesus, You are my patience and forbearance
You might consider an opportunity to seek revenge for offenses and launch a campaign to establish justice.
Not to entertain those thoughts, but subdue my old man, to release life into the situation
The power of the blood - for my own sins and for others also
Hands upon Jesus, as the sin offering
Lord, let Your thoughts and Your feelings flow through me to accomplish Your desire in the situation
You want to redeem it and all the people involved.
I'm honored to be an instrument in Your hands, and to create with You
You might prefer to settle for world' solutions, like: "I'd better take care of myself"
I want to keep my soul - so the best way to take care of it - to let it die - see it on the cross.
Jesus, You took care of me- so completely.
I'm in the stage / process of sanctification - I let Your care do its perfect job - because I want all of You.
I don't go back, I only go deeper into You.
It’s easy to pick up a vibe of despair, and say to yourself: My life is empty and I'm overly tired... It doesn't go anywhere anyway, so what's the point?
I am an empty vessel, container for Jesus!!
You might choose to take a long guilt trip into your past failures, whatever didn't go, as you expected... Reliving your painful memories again and again.
I am a new creation: old has passed, new has come
I live by the grace of God
I don not neglect such a salvation!
Another available option is to drown in shame over the present condition of your family, children, status, finances or whatever else.
I'm not ashamed of the gospel!! -
Its truth touches every situation - I preach to satan about his past, present and future
I stand up for the truth to myself!!!
Some people release the pressure by cursing their own life, or harming themselves intentionally, even to the point of suicide.
God is faithful to His own word and is fulfilling His promise, even if I don't understand
I don't need to prove anything to anyone
I have died in Christ, and now He is the One who lives
He became my person.
Many believers are tempted to settle for the worldly standards in relationships, by exclaiming: "He is a narcissist! I deserve better!!". Multitudes find psychology solutions beneficial.
I forgive
Our old nature is all rotten, narcissistic
In Christ, we have all been given what we don't deserve - unlimited, immeasurable grace - we received a divine life and divine nature.
I will keep the light shining. Will not hide it under a bushel
Everyone's got a right to attend to his own SELF altar, in vain attempts to fight off the present darkness.
Focus on self - overtaken by its destruction and death
because it / flesh, self, ego, sinful nature, satan - are defeated.
So, living in that reality - is always a defeated state
Come out into the winning side - into Jesus, who overcome death and satan for us and made us, believers in Him - more than conquerors!!!
