Ordering By Mail
You can place your order
by mail but please call first to get an exact price including shipping.
Payment can be made by Postal Money Order, Bank Cashier’s Check or Personal
Check. For the fastest service use Postal Money Orders. Checks and Non-Postal
Money Orders are held for 10 business days to clear funds.

Shipping & Handling
Within the United States,
our standard shipping method is UPS ground. This usually takes 5 business
days.
When we ship your order we will email your tracking number to you
(if you have provided an email address).
Faster services are available
for additional fees. For orders outside of the United States shipping
rates are priced per order. Typically, we use the services of UPS, FedEx,
DHL and the U.S. Postal Service.
Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy
All claims must be made within
5 days of receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted or claims allowed
after 5 days from receipt of shipment.
ALL RETURNS AND REFUNDS MUST
BE AUTHORIZED.
No merchandise will be accepted for return without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION
NUMBER.
ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO
A 20% RESTOCKING FEE unless they are due to manufacturer’s defect. Claims
will be accepted only if the merchandise is in perfect condition.
All shipping charges are
the responsibility of the purchaser.

RUSH CUTS and SPECIAL CUTS are not returnable.
