Why should I buy my gown online?
It’s easy to
sit in the comfort of your home and browse through our large selection
of beautiful gowns. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff can help you
as you choose your special gown. And it can be delivered to your door
in record time. Sometimes, we deliver gowns in even less than 2 weeks.
You don’t have to drive hundreds of miles searching for the right dress
only to have to wait for at least 12 weeks for your gown to be delivered
to a bridal shop many miles away.
I’ve never ordered online. What’s involved?
The process
is similar to mail ordering by catalog. Once you’ve made your choices
and taken all of the necessary measurements, you can place your order
directly on our website. Or if you are more comfortable speaking to
us on the telephone, you can call our professional and courteous staff
at 1-800-BRIDEWAY ( 1-800-274-3392 ) to ask any questions and to place your order. We will
process your order and email or call you with your order confirmation
number and estimated ship date. When we send your order we will email

How fast can I get my order?
If your item
is in stock, we will ship it within 4-6 weeks. Take a look at! our NEW
Available Immediately section for the latest list of readily
available wedding gowns and flower girl dresses. In most cases these
dresses can be shipped to you within 3-4 weeks. RUSH ORDERS are available
for an additional $50-100 (charge depending on the designer). Any item that is in stock can be RUSH
shipped to you within 1-2 weeks.
Can you help me to coordinate my bridal party?
Yes, we have
matching styles and colors in wedding gowns, veils, flowergirl dresses,
bridesmaid dresses and men’s formalwear.
Can I order a different veil and headpiece combination?
Yes, we will
be happy to customize a veil and headpiece combination for you. There
will be an additional charge which will be quoted per order. Sorry,
customized headpieces and veils can not be returned.
Do you have a shop where I can try on a gown?
No, sorry we
don’t. (This is one of the reasons that we are able to keep our prices
so reasonable. ) Our shop is on the Internet. We sell directly to brides
and bridal parties around the world. Our trained professionals are on
hand to help you with your selection and guide you through the ordering process.
Which size should I order?
Please take
a look at our How to Measure section and the Size
Charts. It’s always a good idea to have your measurements taken
by a professional seamstress. If you don’t already have one try asking
your local fabric store to recommend a good seamstress.
Can you send me a catalog?
We do not have
a printed catalog. We are always adding new items to our inventory --
printed pages can’t keep up with our growing inventory. On our website
we are able to show more visual detail and text information than you
can see in printed catalogs.
